AEC's management consists of educators with exceptional experience and education, which results in having the perspicacity needed to teach knowledge, build confidence in the students to achieve beyond their present potential, and begin their journey in the changing world ahead. Our management philosophy on education is simple.

Mentoring the student is simple. Build enough trust and loyalty so that the child feels assured that help is available. The mentoring process promotes student empowerment and educational equity. Guiding the student begins now. Time will be set-aside for each student enrolled in our program to show the student the importance of education. Supporting the student is an on-going activity that breeds success and interest in the child. It promotes excitement and a yearning to learn. Our Math program teaches the child how to master math problems with confidence, and helps the student build a solid foundation of essential math concepts. Our Reading and Writing programs teach the student how to read more efficiently and builds vocabulary. The student will double their reading speed while improving their reading comprehension from one to two grade levels. The Writing program helps the student to think clearly and logically, and to communicate those thoughts to paper. Our AP, Honor Classes, ACT, PSAT, SAT I and SAT II College Preparation programs offer students solutions to college entrance test preparation that help raise their scores. Our program offers a comprehensive solution to college entrance preparation helping them to achieve academic success and simultaneously builds their skill in a wide array of subjects. Our Study Skills program teaches fast learning skills for the student of all levels helping them to achieve academic success and simultaneously gives them a positive attitude for the future. We will customize a learning program and give your child lots of individual attention and encouragement. The use of learning techniques will make learning a more active process and therefore stimulate interest. Our Character Training program teaches students the importance of respect and being responsible, allowing students to develop the necessary skills and knowledge of respect.

Employment Opportunity Open Now Position: Credential Teachers/Tutors/ PSAT, SAT & AP Instructors Teachers Responsibilities: Teach students in grades 7th to 12th in all the major subject areas including SAT I, SAT II Math/Critical Reading/Writing, Math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and Calculus), English (Writing, Grammar),AP (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus). (Knowledge and experience of PSAT/SAT/AP will be helpful.)
